Investment Management Fees

Every investor has different needs as to the extent of account monitoring, anticipated trading frequency, and the complexity of their investment strategies. To accommodate these differences, we offer two distinct fee structures for our asset management services.

The following compensation arrangements apply to investment accounts, corporate retirement plans, and insurance/annuity products

Commission-Based:

You pay a commission on each transaction in your account.

Commission calculations depend on factors such as product/account type, vendor, and investment type. They can be determined based on the trade's dollar amount, a flat dollar amount varying by asset class, or a combination of both.

*Before opening your investment account, your advisor will discuss how commissions/fees will be charged to your account.

Fee-Based:

You pay a flat annual fee, usually based on a percentage of assets under management. You will not pay a commission per transaction.

This fee typically ranges between 0.50% and 1.25%.
