
Debi S Brown
Debi Brown serves as Director of Operations at Centura Advisors, where she focuses on creating and implementing streamlined processes that drive operational efficiency while ensuring all business activities adhere to financial regulations. Since joining the firm in mid-2025, she has been leading key initiatives to improve the new client onboarding experience through advanced form automation and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to strengthen internal controls and consistency across the organization. She is also currently studying to obtain her license to further support the firm and its clients.
Debi brings expertise in technology integration, process optimization, and regulatory compliance. Prior to Centura Advisors, she held leadership roles for more than eight years with a multi-unit beauty franchise operating 28 locations across five states. As Director of Facilities and Expense Management and HR Manager, she managed the build-out of several new franchise locations by working closely with general contractors, architects, and vendors, while coordinating with corporate leadership to ensure brand standards, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance. In addition, she built and implemented a comprehensive expense and budget management program, introduced a facilities maintenance ticketing system for 28 locations and a call center, and led the conversion to a new HR and applicant tracking system.
Known for her analytical and organized approach, Debi enjoys diving into the root of operational challenges, evaluating compliance requirements, and building solutions that both enhance client experience and simplify advisors’ workflows.
Outside of work, Debi is married to Jeff and is a proud mother of two boys, Connor and Cameron, who are both attending LSU. The youngest of eight siblings, she loves exercising, working in her yard, and spending quality time with family and friends.
